God how I empat...Deniz, loved reading these posts. God how I empathise with you but your comment about the exercize being key is so important. I've started interval training - warming up for five mins then running for 30 down for 90 secs and so on for about 20 mins. It's a shorter exercize session but it really does melt the flab.
